卵焼き tamagoyaki
今朝作った卵焼きには、久しぶりに砂糖を
少し加えてみた。
焼き上がりに、飴色の光沢がでるように思う。
チェダーチーズやめんつゆ出汁巻きもお勧め。
I always cook a egg dish for breakfast. I rarely add a spoon of sugar for Tamagoyaki, Japanese omelet, but this morning I did. It is observed that a good gloss like starch syrup is developed on the Tamagoyaki surface. Some other else, adding cheddar cheese or Japanese Dashi soup in it, I can recommend you.
